PR specialist among the 15 best jobs for 2013

Public relations specialists made the Top 15 best jobs of 2013.  That's according to CBSNews.com and CBS Money Watch.  PR came in at No. 13 on the list.  Only technology-related positions such as software developer and computer systems analyst ranked higher.  Software developer, in fact, actually ranked No. 1 among the best jobs of the New Year.
